What to Expect
Each session is unique, tailored to your energy and what arises in the moment. My bodywork flows in one of two ways:
1. Kundalini Awakening Bodywork
A fluid, rhythmic experience that moves like the ocean - without a clear beginning or end. This approach follows the natural energy flow of your body, often massaging multiple areas at once. Many describe sensations of expansion, surrender, and a deep, blissful connection to something greater.
2. Shamanic Bodywork
A more earthy, primal approach that incorporates:
• Breathwork & sound to move stagnant energy
• Technical massage & fascia release to unlock tension
• A grounding guided meditation ritual to integrate and land fully in your body
At times, you may experience surreal sensations - as if being held by The Divine Mother, whether that feels like your own mother, Mary Magdalene, or the Earth herself.
Healing Through Movement & Release
In traditional shamanic cultures, when someone is struggling, the first questions asked are:
